IS Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage product delivery using agile frameworks and methodologies, ensuring consistent value delivery.
• Embody Agile values by promoting collaboration, adaptability, and responsiveness within the Veeva Vault systems team.
• Capture the voice of the customer and translate business needs into scalable, actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate closely with business partners, architects, and engineering teams to define priorities and refine the product backlog.
• Drive backlog grooming, translating Epics into Features and sprint-sized User Stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria and definition of done.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning sessions (SAFe).
• Maintain a high-level roadmap outlining planned features, timelines, and major milestones for the Veeva Vault platform.
