POSITION TYPE: FULL-TIME

Position Summary: The Indigenous Skills and Employment Training (ISET) Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting Indigenous women, girls and gender diverse individuals (First Nations, Métis, Inuit) in accessing education, training, and employment opportunities. The ISET Coordinator is responsible for applications and overseeing the full lifecycle of client participation in the ISET program. This includes receiving and processing applications requesting funding to a qualified educational or training institution; assessing client eligibility for a living allowance and other supports; monitoring client progress (case management) throughout the intervention; developing employer and institutional partnerships; maintaining accurate client and financial records; regional promotion and marketing of the program; and compliance and reporting requirements as outlined by the Native Women's Association of Canada (NWAC) and Employmen...
