About Position:
We are looking for an experienced IBM ISIM/TDI (IBM Security Identity Manager / IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator) Support Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IBM ISIM/TDI support, troubleshooting, and integration.

- troubleshooting, and integration. Managing the lifecycle of identity management systems,
- Ensuring system functionality, resolving technical issues,
- Supporting various IBM security tools.
- Provide operational support for IBM ISIM (IBM Security Identity Manager) and IBM TDI (IBM Tivoli Directory Integrator) systems.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues related to ISIM/TDI environments, both in production and non-production setups.
