Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, Engineering, Education, or related field
  • With training or working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
  • At least 2–3 years experience in document control, training, HR, or ISO-related functions (ISO exposure is an advantage)
  • Knowledgeable in document control, records management, and training systems
  • Familiar with ISO 9001 competency, awareness, and documented information requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
