Overview: Tata Electronics is seeking a seasoned ISP-Equipment Tech Manager to join our office in Assam. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and team management skills, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production equipment.
• Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of SMT lines, automation systems, and other critical machinery.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
• Manage and train maintenance technicians; ensure skill development for complex equipment handling.
• Maintain EHS standards and ensure audit readiness for equipment maintenance processes.
• Optimize spare parts inventory, reduce maintenance costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Track KPIs such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and communicate performance to management.

Qualifications:

• 12–18 years of experience in equipment maintenance management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or ISP environments.
• Proven track record in implementing predictive maintenance and managing large-scale equipment operations.
