Job Title: ISP-Equipment Tech Manager
Location: Assam
Experience: 12- 18 years
Overview: Tata Electronics is seeking a seasoned ISP-Equipment Tech Manager to join our office in Assam. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and team management skills, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all production equipment.
Ensure maximum uptime and efficiency of SMT lines, automation systems, and other critical machinery.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment failures.
Manage and train maintenance technicians; ensure skill development for complex equipment handling.
Maintain EHS standards and ensure audit readiness for equipment maintenance processes.
Optimize spare parts inventory, reduce maintenance costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Track KPIs such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), and communicate performance to management.
Qualifications:
12–18 years of experience in equipment maintenance management, preferably in electronics manufacturing or ISP environments.
Proven track record in implementing predictive maintenance and managing large-scale equipment operations.
