Job Title: ISP-Production Manager

Location: Assam

Experience: 15- 20 years

Overview: Tata Electronics is seeking a seasoned ISP-Production Manager to join our office in Assam. The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership and team management skills, Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan & Schedule Production: Ensure timely execution of production plans to meet delivery targets.
• Manage Operations: Oversee daily manufacturing activities for efficiency and quality.
• Quality Compliance: Maintain IPC/ISO standards and drive defect reduction.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and train operators/technicians;
  manage workforce allocation.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce EHS standards and audit readiness.
• Cost Control: Monitor production costs, scrap, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Reporting: Track KPIs (OEE, FPY, output) and communicate performance to management.

Qualifications:

• 15–20 years of experience in production management.
• preferably in ISP or similar manufacturing environments.
• Experience in handling large teams and complex operations.
