Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in Wholesale ISP / Carrier / Telecom services to expand our ISP-to-ISP business network.
Key Responsibilities :
• Acquire and onboard new ISP, LCO, MSO and Franchisee clients for wholesale bandwidth and upstream solutions.
• Promote services such as ILL Upstream, NLD, P2 P, IP Transit, Dark Fiber, CDN, Peering & Carrier Services.
• Build and manage strong relationships with regional ISPs, telecom partners, carriers & channel networks.
• Generate leads through field visits, channel partnerships, industry events and networking.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and negotiate pricing and SLA terms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Maintain active sales funnel, forecast pipeline and submit periodic sales reports.
• Coordinate with NOC/Technical teams for feasibility, delivery and service activation.
• Ensure client retention, renewals, bandwidth upgrades and upsell opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Mandatory experience in ISP / Carrier / Wholesale bandwidth sales.
• Strong understanding of ILL / Upstream & last-mile connectivity, NLD, P2 P & IP Transit. • Knowledge of BGP Routing basics, CDN & Peering services.
• Understanding of fiber feasibility and network infrastructure.
• Experience with IPTV / Managed Services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to independently manage sales cycles and close deals.
• Strong network in the ISP / MSO / LCO ecosystem is an advantage.
Job Specifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Telecom / Computer Science / Electronics OR any equivalent technical qualification.
• Minimum Experience: 6+years in ISP / Carrier / Wholesale bandwidth / Telecom B2 B sales.
• Preferred: Experience selling ILL, IPLC, Peering, CDN, Fiber or similar telecom solutions.
• Industry Background: ISP / MSO / LCO / Carrier / OEM preferred.
Preferred Background:
• Experience working in ISP / Telecom / Carrier / OEM companies.
• On-field sales and regional B2 B sales experience.
• Understanding of fiber, carrier-grade Internet and data services.
