You'll play a key role in delivering impactful training solutions that meet our customers' needs and support the successful operation and maintenance of our railway systems. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Bid Managers, ISR Project Managers, Service Platform REF LIB Managers), engage with subcontractors for training activities, and ensure the development and delivery of high-quality training materials and manuals.
You'll specifically take care of creating and revising operation and maintenance manuals, but also organizing and conducting training sessions for our customers.

Could you be the full-time ISR Training Engineer in Bangalore we're looking for
Your future role

You'll play a key role in delivering impactful training solutions that meet our customers' needs and support the successful operation and maintenance of our railway systems. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Bid Managers, ISR Project Managers, Service Platform REF LIB Managers), engage with subcontractors for training activities, and ensure the development and delivery of high-quality training materials and manuals.
You'll specifically take care of creating and revising operation and maintenance manuals, but also organizing and conducting training sessions for our customers.
We'll look to you for:
- Identifying customer training requirements and needs during the tender phase
- Participating in the ILS training offer and preparing draft ILS training management plans for bids
- Managing interfaces and deliverables with ISR WP managers
- Preparing, verifying, and delivering training documentation
- Organizing training sessions, including logistics such as booking trainers, venues, travel, and materials
- Evaluating customer satisfaction and gathering feedback to improve future training sessions
- Capitalizing on data and lessons learned to enhance quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance
- Supporting the creation and revision of maintenance manuals (e.g., IPC, Maintenance Manual, Operation Manual)

- Engineering University Degree
- 5 years of experience in training within TOs training scope
- Understanding of railway technical knowledge, particularly in operation and maintainability aspects
- Experience in a maintenance contract
- Fluency in English
- Team leadership abilities
- Knowledge of key ISR elements applicable to railway equipment (e.g., technical publishing, training) (desirable)
