Job Description

As an IT 2nd Line Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will work closely with the IT team to resolve issues that have been escalated from the 1st line support, addressing complex problems and implementing solutions that enhance system efficiency and performance.
