Job Title: Mid-Level Account Manager

Location: Nagpur (5 Days Work from Office)

Full-time with Quantum Systems Technologies

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned IT service and consulting clients.
  • Build and maintain strong C-level and stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment with client IT and business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end account lifecycle, including onboarding, project delivery oversight, renewals, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and technical consultants to ensure smooth execution of IT projects and managed services.
  • Understand the client’s technology roadmap and business challenges to position the company’s IT solutions and consulting services effectively.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure commercial terms are met.
  • Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to provide consultative insights to clients.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, Client Success Manager, or in a similar role within IT services, system integration, or consulting firms .
  • Familiarity with emerging technology such as AI, Cloud, ERP, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Application Development.
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking ability to manage multiple accounts and projects.
