Job Summary

The IT Account Manager oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. He/she is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conducts various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota.
  • Maintains quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts and sets sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies.
  • Communicates with client/s at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
  • Generates innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.
