Job Description

The I.T Administration Officer’s role is to request, organise and process a range of I.T services and documents for the Client.

This is done while working amongst a team of ITAdministration Officers by retrieving our customers’ requirements and contacting our vendors to organise the relevant services.

The officer is also responsible for retrieving, maintaining and processing documents related to various IT services, accounts, invoices, job sheets, expenses and licensing.

Reporting directly to IT Vendor Manager the officer will need to ensure responsibilities are completed successfully and delivered in full.

  • Order and maintain records of telecommunication and data services
  • - Telephone, Cellular, FAX, NBN, Fibre, ADSL
  • Ensure all IT accounts are paid in full and on time
