IT Administrator

CIS Group – ICT Company located in Jal El Dib, is looking for an ambitious and motivated IT Administrator to join our dynamic team.  Duties/Responsibilities:  Oversees the administration and maintenance of tracking software.Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues Oversees all telephone changes, including routing for seating assignments.Oversees the administration and maintenance of computer stations and software for company training programs and provides additional support if necessary.Oversees troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery  Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer engineering. 10 years of technical experience in hardware / software.Fluent in English, French and ArabicExperience in IT infrastructure planning and development.Experience with using and troubleshooting Microsoft Office, Active directory, Azur, Exchange
