What you’ll be doing

• Providing frontline IT support to end users (hardware, software, networking, access issues)
• Diagnosing and resolving incidents across laptops, printers, email, Microsoft 365, Intune and Wi‑Fi
• Logging, tracking and resolving tickets through a support system
• Escalating complex issues when needed, but owning problems end-to-end where possible
• Assisting with software updates, patches and secure device configurations
