Join cbs APAC as an IT Administrator in Kuala Lumpur, managing IT helpdesk, hardware/software, and SAP Basis support in a hybrid role.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Participate in APAC IT Helpdesk to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Troubleshoot day-to-day issues related to laptops, iPhones, O365, and other corporate applications.
- Manage installation and setup of hardware and software systems.
- Oversee procurement and deployment of client computers.
- Administer printers, user accounts, access rights, and administrative services.
- Manage telecommunications infrastructure of the Kuala Lumpur office (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches, internet providers).
- Collaborate closely with the IT Operations team at headquarters in Germany.
