Join cbs APAC as an IT Administrator in Kuala Lumpur, managing IT helpdesk, hardware/software, and SAP Basis support in a hybrid role.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Participate in APAC IT Helpdesk to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day issues related to laptops, iPhones, O365, and other corporate applications.
  • Manage installation and setup of hardware and software systems.
  • Oversee procurement and deployment of client computers.
  • Administer printers, user accounts, access rights, and administrative services.
  • Manage telecommunications infrastructure of the Kuala Lumpur office (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers, switches, internet providers).
  • Collaborate closely with the IT Operations team at headquarters in Germany.
  • Apply professional experience in SAP Basis and knowledge of SAP architectures.
