As a member of the IT Partner and Vendor Management Team within the Office of the CIO, as an IT Analyst you will be a primary contact for procurement and operational related activities within the organization. You will work closely with our P&VM Team, members of the broader IT organization, Finance liaisons and our partners in Procurement.
Principal Responsibilities:
As a member of the IT Partner and Vendor Management Team within the Office of the CIO, as an IT Analyst you will be a primary contact for procurement and operational related activities within the organization. You will work closely with our P&VM Team, members of the broader IT organization, Finance liaisons and our partners in Procurement.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Shepherd request through the IT Procurement Process by partnering with IT Staff, Procurement, and Finance by aligning with corporate policies, department processes and budgetary requirements. This includes contract execution, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and invoice payment.
- Analyze data and report on key performance indicators related to financial management, contract management, and vendor management.
