Job Description
Resumen: Provide service for PC relating deskside Support that is includes PCs, Printers (Zebra & Laser), Network, Frequency Radium and Other duties as assigned by supervisor. **Responsabilidades**:
- Administration of Computer Equipment, Software, Frequency Radios & Local Network.
- Participate in the policies to align the processes and standards of Hussmann Corporation.
- To end users, know all relation of the use of Internet and its risks.
- To Follow the processes and security controls of Hussmann.
- Supervise and monitor the incidents and requests with the staff (Technical Support), in the website IT Service Desk.
- Administration and review the warranty and return the equipment’s to DELL Leasing company on time.
