Job Description

The IT Analyst Programmer is the technical expert of the IT application in Datawarehouse & ERP solutions and has a very good view on the functional and business processes. He/she has a key role in performing the application maintenance, develop new features and collaborate with the support team to ensure 24/7 service.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintain current system: develop new features, bugs fixing, code refactoring and performance optimization, data analytics
  • Ensure robustness of application, with 24/7 application availability
  • Interact regularly with various customer/business users, gather user requirements, to investigate, analyze and provide solution for enhancements
  • Interact with Business Analyst, Technical and Support team
  • Define Use Case and tests plans, execute Integration Test and coordinate UAT with users
  • Provide training to end-users for the available features or new solutions
