Responsibilities

• Project Leadership & Execution
• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and OT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects, including network transformations, security tool deployments, and end-user service roll-outs.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders across IT, OT, and security teams.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, ensuring alignment with enterprise and operational environments.
• Stakeholder Management
• Engage with cross-functional teams, vendors, and business units—including plant operations, engineering, IT, and cybersecurity—to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present dashboards and reports.
• Risk, Security & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with IT governance and regulatory requirements (e.G., NIST, ISA/IEC 62443, CMMC).
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement new systems or processes.
• Team Coordination
• Manage internal and external resources including IT engineers, OT technicians, cybersecurity analysts, and third-party vendors.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, plans, change logs, risk registers, and post-implementation reviews.
• Provide regular reports and dashboards to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and cybersecurity posture.
