Your opportunity
Are you passionate about optimising HR systems and enabling seamless HR and payroll processes?
As an Applications Analyst – HRIS, you will maintain, configure and integrate Anglicare’s Workday and related HR systems to ensure accurate, compliant and efficient HR operations. You will work closely with People & Shared Services, DigiTech and external partners to deliver reliable, secure and user friendly platforms.
With integrity and resilience, you will:
Configure, maintain and optimise Workday and connected HRIS platforms, including integrations with other systems
Produce and deliver HR reporting and dashboards that meet organisational and statutory requirements
Manage data integrity, security and archiving across HR systems
Collaborate with stakeholders to improve HRIS functionality and user experience
What you’ll bring
You are a detail-oriented and collaborative professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You bring strong technical skills, stakeholder engagement experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
You will also need:
Demonstrated experience in HRIS management (Workday, Chris21, UKG preferred)
Understanding of recruitment, payroll and employee engagement processes
Report writing skills (SQL desirable)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Familiarity with HRIS integrations and data-driven reporting
Experience with other HR platforms is desirable
ITIL certification and working knowledge of ITIL practices
Strong analytical, troubleshooting skills
A collaborative mindset and willingness to go beyond resolving incidents to address systemic issues
5 + years experience in managing applications
