About the role
As an IT Application Engineer in the SAP BI, you will have the opportunity to manage, develop, and support the IT services provided for Sanoma Learning SAP BI function. You will collaborate closely with the Business Analyst and Process Managers, your colleagues in Sanoma IT, and our support vendors. Your responsibilities will include analysing business requirements, development, incident management and delivering the service with the help of selected vendors. This position can be located in any of the Sanoma Learning offices.
Who are you
You are an experienced SAP Business warehouse, Datasphere, SAC analyst/developer with a solid track record working with IT Services. You are flexible, open-minded, service oriented with good communication and interaction skills. Hands-on experience with SAP application / system development is essential for success in this role.
