Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as a liaison between business users and vendors to resolve issues or escalate as needed.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workflow requirements and ensure seamless system interoperability.
- Maintain documentation for systems configuration, integration points, and support procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience supporting SaaS tools like Office 365, Zoom, Slack, Hive, or similar. Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
- **Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:
- Highly organized

- Able to prioritize a heavy workload.
