Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support business applications, including lending systems, ERP, EDMS, data warehouse, and reporting tools
  • Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and external partners
  • Gather and document business and system requirements for enhancements and new development
  • Monitor daily application operations, interfaces, batch jobs, and data issues
  • Coordinate testing (unit/UAT) and support smooth production releases
  • Manage vendors and ensure timely, quality delivery


Experience: 5+ years in application support/business systems analysis; vendor management experience preferred
