Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for RIS, LIS, PACS medical applications
• Respond to calls and support tickets, diagnose problems and provide immediate solutions or escalate the problem if necessary
• Work in project mode for the implementation of new applications in the existing IS
• Assist users in navigation and optimal use of applications
• Document the problems encountered and the solutions provided to enrich the knowledge base

Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English languages (must-have)
• Degree in computer science, computer engineering or related field
