IT APPLICATION SUPPORT

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Application Support to join our team in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan . This is a full‑time position and a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

What you’ll be doing

Respond promptly on‑site and resolve user issues during the use of systems (mainly ERP (JDE), MES, WMS, OA, etc.) and provide daily business support.

Primary contact with backend development/design teams of each system to handle complex issues and requirements, and follow up to complete.

Proactively identify non‑compliant issues and improvement suggestions during system usage and feedback.

Provide operation manuals and user training.

Participate in project rollouts and upgrade current system.

Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
