Experience: 3 to 10 Years

Job Description: We are on a mission to drive innovation and transformation through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) across the organization. We are looking for experienced professionals who bring deep technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the curiosity to explore what’s next in the AI landscape.

As part of this journey, you will help define, shape, and deliver impactful AI initiatives — from exploring Generative and Agentic AI capabilities to developing intelligent applications that benefit IT and other business functions, creating measurable business value. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys experimenting with emerging technologies, and is motivated to build practical, global scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions where AI can deliver business impact.

Design, develop, and operationalize AI/ML solutions using modern frameworks, tools, and cloud platforms.

Prototype and experiment with Generative AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems to explore new capabilities.

Build and refine data pipelines and model workflows to enable scalable, production-ready solutions.

Evaluate AI models and solutions for performance, scalability, and responsible use.

Contribute to defining best practices, frameworks, and processes for the emerging AI team.

Stay curious and continuously explore advancements in AI, MLOps, and automation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

3 to 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.

AI/ML Fundamentals – Understanding machine learning concepts, model lifecycle, and common algorithms.

Generative AI & LLMs – Familiarity with large language models deployment, prompt engineering and fine-tuning techniques.

Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and solving ambiguous problems.

Comfort working in dynamic, evolving environments with open-ended goals.

Nice to Have:

Experience in data engineering or AI/ML solution development.

Programming experience with Python and knowledge on scripting for automation and troubleshooting.

Programming experience and familiarity with modern AI/ML frameworks.

Cybersecurity awareness and adherence to AI governance and data privacy standards.

Experience with MLOps, cloud AI platforms, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Understanding of RAG, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.

API Integration – Building and managing APIs for AI services and enterprise applications.

Familiarity with Responsible AI practices and ethical AI development.

Who You Are: You’re an engineer with a curious mind and a builder’s spirit — eager to explore how AI can reshape the way we work and think. You bring expertise, adaptability, and drive to collaborate in an evolving environment where the mission is being defined and the possibilities are wide open
