IT Asset Coordinator (Based in Singapore)

The Asset Administrator is responsible for managing the IT store and ensuring that all IT assets are accurately recorded, tracked, and maintained. This role supports effective asset management by keeping data up to date and reliable to enable informed decisions on IT resource allocation and portfolio optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the IT store and maintain an accurate, up-to-date asset inventory, especially during staff movements.

Ensure all IT service ticket, asset, and asset management data are current, complete, and relevant to support analysis and decision‑making.

Create and maintain consistent location and asset hierarchies for all new and existing assets.

Coordinate the allocation, movement, and collation of asset details, ensuring accurate tracking in the asset database.

Maintain IT store inventory, including laptops, LCDs, docking stations, tokens, mobile devices, and external hard drives.
