IT Asset Lifecycle Manager

A ServiceNow ITAM Specialist manages the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets (SAM/HAM) on the Now Platform to optimize costs, ensure compliance, and streamline workflows. Key duties include managing asset inventory, configuring HAM/SAM modules, performing license optimization, and integrating with discovery tools (SCCM/JAMF) to maintain CMDB accuracy.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: 3-8 years in IT Asset Management, with, Foundit.In suggests, a focus on ServiceNow implementations.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of ServiceNow HAM/SAM, ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, JavaScript, and APIs, according to Foundit.In and Foundit.In.
• Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - HAM or SAM is highly preferred.
• Knowledge: Understanding of ITIL framework and hardware/software lifecycle management.
