IT Asset Management & Data Analytics

Overview

We are seeking an IT Asset and Data Analyst to support a large-scale asset reconciliation and deployment project following a major organisational merger. This is an initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension.

You will work closely with subject matter experts and vendors to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT assets, ensuring accurate data integrity and compliance across a complex enterprise environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Produce detailed asset reports, utilisation dashboards, and insights to support technology changes and executive decision-making.
• Lifecycle Management: Track and update hardware and software asset records from procurement through to retirement within ServiceNow.
