IT Asset Manager

Be the change agent in designing, establishing, and operating IT asset management service in the Central Bank of Malaysia to optimise the value, cost and risk of IT asset life cycles.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES / KEY RESULT AREA

• Lead IT Asset Manager project implementation and collaborate with appointed consultant to establish ITAM framework and processes, design operating model and its staffing, and its transition to operation.
• Oversee all activities that optimise the value, cost and risk of IT asset life cycles.
• Develop and enhance methodologies and practices for IT asset life cycle management in line with best practice and practical experience as part of a cycle of continuous improvement.
• Ensure that IT acquisition and disposal processes (including those of external service providers) are conducted in line with corporate social responsibility, environmental and technical policies and applicable standards and legislation. ...
