IT Asset Mangement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Asset & Lifecycle Management Specialist to manage

and optimize the end-to-end IT device lifecycle. The role requires strong experience in ITLT and IT

operations, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of IT Asset Management processes.

This is a remote role supporting global IT stakeholders.

Experience:

5+ years of relevant experience in IT Asset Management, IT Operations, or IT Lifecycle Management

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage the complete IT asset lifecycle from onboarding to decommissioning
• Support in data maintenance of Assets to be disposed.
• Develop and manage Excel-based trackers and reports.
• Support in process standardization, and operational improvements
• Ensure compliance with ITAM policies, controls, and audit requirements
• Work closely with IT, procurement, finance, and vendors across regions
• Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in asset lifecycle processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–7 years of experience in IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Operations, or ITLT
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS OƯice tools
• Solid understanding of IT device lifecycle management (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
• Experience working with large datasets and asset repositories
• Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow (ITAM modules preferred)
• Exposure to IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
