-Database Management & Administration
I. Coordinates Database administration as a key role, inform management of resources, capacity and security problem.
II. Engages retail/wholesale sales business process analysis to renovate with internal staff to renovate in POS/ERP system.
III. Provides overall supervision of administrative database environment and keep track record of systematical schema update with operation manual update; system flowcharts, system inputs, processing logic, database/file definitions and structure/ program specification, system outputs and system interfaces.
IV. Develops, Implement, and manages reports to be used for weekly/monthly sales review, trend analysis (CRM).
V. Perform required internal/external training with internal/external end user documentation.
VI. Keep abreast of trends in Oracle/MS-SQL application development and change-management practice...
