Responsibilities

  • Maintain IT Network, servers, backups, disaster recovery and any infrastructure related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.
  • Maintain daily end‑users support in PCs, printers and software related issues.
  • Maintain office software and conference multimedia, door access, PABX, copier, CCTV, operation status monitoring, user account management, user authority management, process configuration, operation process problem solving, etc.
  • Liaise with vendor for the related software/hardware issues.
  • Manage IT assets and software licensing.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes.
  • Prepare resources (PC, software, e‑mail account) for new join staff and brief PC training for them.
  • Emails, Windows Servers and Anti‑Virus Administration – close monitoring and manage emergency outbreak response processes.
