Job Description
Maintain and manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Provide technical support to internal teams to ensure smooth IT operations.
Monitor and resolve IT-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Maintain and update IT asset inventory records, including hardware and software. Assist in issuing, collecting, and tracking IT equipment assigned to staff.
Record all IT issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the IT support log or ticketing system. Assist in maintaining IT documentation such as user guides, SOPs, and checklists.
Perform system backups and recovery.
Requirement
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
