About The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-oriented IT Associate I to join our End User Computing team. This is an entry-level, on-site role focused on providing hands-on technical support, device provisioning, and day-to-day IT operations for internal users. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable troubleshooting a wide range of technical issues while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops, peripherals, and accounts for new hires
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Manage and resolve tickets within defined SLAs using the ITSM system
Troubleshoot Google Workspace tools and collaborate on the migration from Microsoft envir...
