Responsibilities

  • Ensure Smooth Functioning and running the entire IT at Company
  • Provide technical support to employees regarding technical issue such as troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issue.
  • Organize and manage IT assets, and maintain IT equipment for office use, including laptops, mobile phones, IP phones, servers, network device, user accounts and access etc
  • Assist in problem resolving and work closely on further IT development and planning.
  • IT helpdesk / IT administrator
  • Manage Microsoft 365

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Engineering/Telecommunication Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.
