We are looking for a passionate Software Developer with extensive expertise in Associate, Information Technology. Its a hybrid role (remote-on site)

• Systems and user accounts management.
• Providing IT support for company employees.
• Troubleshooting network and server issues (L1).
• Ensure the security of company systems and data through thoughtful diligence, adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Performing onboarding & offboarding tasks for the company employees.
• Support on audio and video communications and collaboration systems.
• Create and maintain high-quality documentation.
• Hardware and software inventory control.

• Scripting knowledge on bash, powershell or Python.
• Good understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols.
• Good understanding on Active Directory administration.
• Setup and troubleshooting Mac, Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Excellent English skills (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration / teamwork skills.
• Hands on experience on help desk / end user oriented support.
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently.
• Willing to go to the office, its a hybrid role.
• Tier 1 technical support.
• Customer experience and customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Strong in Linux system administration, configuring and maintaining Linux-based systems and monitoring their performance.

• Good knowledge and understanding of the Information Technology security concepts.
• Good knowledge of data backup and recovery.
• Atlassian stack knowledge.
• Google business suite knowledge.
