Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering
  • With at least 1 year experience in the IT field
  • Has a background in providing end-user support for Windows OS, desktop setup and maintenance, Network, Security, and Microsoft 365
  • With good communication and strong critical thinking skills
  • With resourcefulness and willingness to learn
