IT Audit and Compliance Specialist

About the Role

This is a Fixed Term, Full Time position until 31/12/2026

A detailed IT Audit and Compliance specialist is sought to manage the implementation of audit actions for IMTD for a 12 month period within the Business Services Branch of the Information Management and Technology Division (IMTD).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and write detailed briefs and reports for senior management.
• Review and provide feedback on audit reports provided by Internal Audit and VAGO to ensure clarity, accuracy and completeness of their findings.
• Manage audit and compliance activities for the division from conception to completion, ensuring IMTD completes and implements actions efficiently and effectively.
• Actively engage with stakeholders, including the internal audit team, to ensure alignment and understanding of audit and policy requirements and recommendations.
