Position Overview

This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of IT and system implementation projects within a banking or credit card operations environment. The Project Manager ensures delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget while maintaining compliance with regulatory, security, and governance requirements. The position requires strong stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and hands‑on execution in both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Governance

  • Develop, maintain, and secure approval for Project Plans and Work Plans
  • Prepare and present Project Status Reports covering schedule, scope, budget, and quality metrics
  • Track project budget and monitor cost utilization
