The client is an international company active in the Chemical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Be the glue between the management, the users, the technology and the delivery organization (internal, external, local, regional or global);
  • Ensure requirement management (capture and analyze business requirements and propose technical solutions in collaboration with the internal technical team and 3rd party experts) using process flows, uses cases;
  • Workshop organization and preparation, clear presentation of ideas, ability to moderate discussions, and drive consensus on direction;
  • Workload planning and prioritization to meet deadlines while getting business operations buy-in;
  • Ensure the delivery of the solution and assist in the solution acceptance testing (creating test plans, assisting key users in the preparation of training material);
  • Reconcile conflicts between stakeholders;
