IT Business Analyst - ERP / EPM Controlling & Forecast

What You’ll Do:

• Join our Internal IT department as a permanent member of the Core Finance Tribe, contributing to a strategic Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM initiative.
• Act as the primary IT interface between FP&A, Controlling teams, and IT, helping shape the company’s planning, forecasting, and controlling capabilities.
• In a hands-on, hybrid role, capture, structure, and translate business needs into actionable system evolutions, ensuring alignment with the Oracle Fusion Core Model, IT standards, and roadmap.
• Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and System Integrators to ensure robust, scalable, and compliant solutions.
