IT BUSINESS ANALYST - GUEST IT SERVICES

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst to maintain and improve our Guest processes, Onboard platforms and their integrated systems.He/She will take care of our guests from cruise reservations to final ship disembarkation, focusing on the guest experience.

IT Business Analyst plays a crucial role in shaping successful IT projects by ensuring that the business needs are clearly defined, understood, and translated into functional solutions. They serve as a liaison between business and IT teams and facilitate communication to achieve project objectives.
