We are seeking an outgoing, tech savvy IT Business Analyst to join our growing team. You will work closely with developers and stakeholders to transform business needs into clear, actionable requirements and drive continuous improvement in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements by eliciting, analyzing, and specifying underlying business needs and compiling them into a Business Requirement Document (BRD).
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements.
• Track and manage the requirements status across the project lifecycle, enforcing or redefining as needed.
