• Provide end-to-end implementation, consultancy, configuration, training, installation, and support for ERP systems, ensuring seamless operation and user satisfaction.
• Analyse, document, and propose functional process improvements and standardization for Operation and Plant business units to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• Encode user and business requirements by converting functional and workflow information into computer language, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
