IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a strategically minded Business Analyst to lead the transition and continuity of Point of Sale (POS) systems. This role is critical for mitigating operational risks during vendor transitions and ensuring the technological platform supports digital growth and customer service innovation. This is a fixed-term project from January to December 2026.

Responsibilities:
Requirements Engineering:

Capture critical business problems and translate functional and non-functional needs into scalable technical solutions.
Process Diagnostics:

Assess and model current data flows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements aligned with business continuity goals.
Documentation & Traceability:

Create rigorous technical and functional documentation, ensuring all requirements are traceable from conception through final deployment and testing.
