Job Description


Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC, Pennington, NJ, and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract position.


Responsibilities: 
  • Work as part of an agile team to define requirements for feature delivery
  • Work with the Product owner and the Line of Business associates to gather the requirements, document them, and translate them into user stories the development and testing teams can understand


    • Requirements:
  • Strong experience in Web based software Applications
  • Data mapping skills
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Software Development Methodology as well as the Jira tool
  • Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive ability to lead sessions to get results
  • DevOps Specialist
  • Agile tools (Jira)


    • Desired skills: 
  • Financial Services/Treasury Services experience
  • Versatile learner and quick adapter to the working environment


    • Pay Range: $42.09-$50.09
