Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to enhance business operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Understand technical changes incl DB changes requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Create detailed user story on devops
  • Perform detailed data analysis and come up with insights for further improvements incl corelations with multiple datasets
  • Create detailed documentation, including process flows, system designs, and user guides.
  • Conduct data analysis and generate reports to support decision-making.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
