Seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst with strong Oracle/SQL, documentation, testing, and stakeholder facilitation experience to support large-scale, high-profile IT initiatives ina program-driven environment.
Technical Skills& Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Arts degree
- 10%2B years gathering and documenting business and technical requirements related to Oracle and SQL
- 7%2B years producing technical documentation including requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, and test artifacts
- 7%2B years creating documentation for meetings, analyses, and training materials
- 7%2B years testing custom and COTS applications, reports, large data sets, and dashboards
